Pumpkin Cuddle Buddy - Free Crochet Pattern

Updated: Mar 26

Hello, hi & welcome back! I'm so excited to share my adorable Pumpkin Cuddle Buddy free crochet pattern! He is the perfect trick-or-treat companion or cuddly friend to keep the scaries away! This pattern works up quickly and is the perfect Halloween-themed gift idea.

The finished Crochet Pumpkin Cuddle Buddy measures approximately 6 inches tall by 8 inches wide and is comprised of a front, back, arms, legs, and stem that are all stitched together using a tapestry needle. We will be stitching on a cute little face and adding a bit of stuffing between the front and back. You could easily make a larger version of this cuddle buddy and turn him into a pillow by using a larger crochet hook and yarn.

Using a yarn needle, stitch a cute face on one side of the body. Feel free to get creative with your face!

Assembly:

Join the front and back of the body with a row of single crochet, adding stuffing before completely closing and tying off.

Using a yarn needle and the long tails, attach the little arms and legs and stem; tie off and trim any excess yarn.
