Chain 1, tie off with a long enough tail to weave in.
Using a yarn needle and the tail, close up any remaining hole and weave in the end.

Gills & Tail:
The gills and tail will be a series of slip stitches and chain stitches. The pictures explain the location and stitches best.
With the yarn color of your choice,
Place a slip knot on your hook, we will join to the body on one side of the head with a slip stitch.
Right Side of head: Join with a slip stitch between Rounds 7 and 8, chain 3, slip stitch between Rounds 6 and 7, chain 3, slip stitch between Rounds 5 and 6, chain 3, slip stitch between Rounds 4 and 5, chain 1, tie off.

Left Side of Head: Join with a slip stitch between Rounds 4 and 5, chain 3, slip stitch between Rounds 5 and 6, chain 3, slip stitch between Rounds 6 and 7, chain 3, slip stitch between Rounds 7 and 8, chain 1, tie off.

We will use the same technique for the tail in one continuous set of stitches. On the left side of the body, join under the bottom leg with a slip stitch. We will repeat the chain 3, slip stitch pattern all the way down to the tip of the tail and back up the other side to the right bottom leg. The only exception to the chain 3 is at the tip of the tail, we will chain 4.

Bag Charm
Using the body yarn color,
Place a slip knot on your hook and join on the back side of Round 1 with a slip stitch.
Chain 40
Slip stitch again into the stitch where you began.
Chain 1, tie off and weave in the ends.
You can adjust the size of the hanger by increasing or decreasing the chain stitches.
